Register to Vote in Maryland

As long as you have an official ID from the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles (such as a license or a learner's permit), you can register to vote online. If you don't have an official MD ID, download a registration form in either English or Spanish from the Resources pages above, fill it out, sign it, and send it to your local board of elections. 

To register, print the PDF through the button below, fill out, and mail or email with the PDF scanned as an attachment to DCRegistrations@dcboe.org. Provide either your DMV-issued identification number OR the last four digits of your Social Security Number. If this is your first time registering, you will need to show identification with your name and current address if you vote in-person.
